What We Believe

Our mission of the University of Florida Christian Campus House is based on Acts 2:42 and following. Our desire is threefold, we want to:

1. BECOME FAMILY

We want to be a real, vibrant faith community that

loves and cares for each other.

2. MAKE DISCIPLES

This happens within and outside our faith

community. We grow as disciples who in turn reach

out with the Good News to make disciples.

3. IMPACT THE WORLD

This is done as we take Christ to our campus, our

community, our country and our world.

We Believe That:

Jesus Christ is the one and only Son of God who died for our sins and rose from the dead. (I Corinthians 15:34)
The Bible is the inspired word of God..."a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path." (2 Timothy 3:16, Psalm 119:105)
Every person has worth as a creation of God, but that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23)
Forgiveness of sins and the promise of eternal life are available to those who trust Christ as Savior and Lord. (John 3:16)
Those accepting Christ should repent of sin, confess their faith, and be baptized (immersed) into Him. (Acts 2:38, Romans 10:9)
The church is the body of Christ on earth, empowered by the Holy Spirit, to save the lost and edify the saved. (Ephesians 4:1-16)
Jesus Christ will one day return and reign forever as King of Kings and Lord of Lords. (I Thessalonians 4:13-17, Revelation 19:16)
