I ran into Bob on campus at UF in 2002 and God quickly drew me in to the family of the U.F. Christian Campus House. I was very involved in UFCCH's leadership and outreach for my
remaining three years of college. During that time, God developed in me a heart for cross-cultural ministry as I participated in mission trips to England and to the Navajo Reservation in
Arizona.
Upon graduation, I traveled with UFCCH to Tanzania, and then continued by myself to Thailand. It was during my seven months in Thailand that my world was flipped upside down and I
realized that God's plans were much different from my own.
I met New, a young man from the Lisu tribe, and two years later, in 2008, we married. Together we are returning as full time missionaries with New Mission Systems International
to Southeast Asia to serve the Thai people and tribal groups. We are amazed by God's providence and timing as we look back over the past several years, and we are exuberant about the
adventures ahead!
